BMW 6-Series E24 (1977-1989)

The BMW E24 6-Series is the first generation of the grand tour coupes produced from 1976 to 1989 and was powered by a series of inline-6-cylinder engines ranging from 176 hp to 208 hp. The E24 was initially available with 4-speed or 5-speed manual transmission or a 3-speed automatic.

In 1987 the M6 was introduced featuring a 256 hp inline-6 engine. It featured heated power seats, self-leveling rear suspension, premium sound system, and a beverage cooler located between the rear seats.
