BMW 1-Series E82 (2008-2013)

The BMW E82 1-Series is the first generation of the compact car coupes produced from 2007 to 2013. Featuring a range of inline 6-cylinder engines, the 128i featured 228 hp while the turbocharged 135i and 135is had elevated power to 302 and 322 hp with a turbocharger added.

In 2011 the E82 was updated including headlight and taillight revisions, new front and rear bumpers, and interior changes. The 135i also received an engine update while still producing the same hp number.

Also, in 2011 the 1 Series M Coupe was introduced. Commonly referred to as the 1M, its inline-6-cylinder engine produced 335 hp and was only available with a 6-speed manual transmission. It also featured an M limited slip differential and wider front and rear tracks. Initially planned for a limited release of 2700 vehicles, the final number produced was 6309.
