BMW X4 F26 (2015-2018)

Internally designated as the F26, the BMW X4 was a compact luxury SUV marketed as a sports activity coupe (SAV) featuring styling elements and the roofline of a traditional two-door coupe. The X4 shared its powertrains with the X3 compact luxury SUV and offered a variety of four and six-cylinder petrol and diesel engines. In terms of BMW's model range, the X4 is slotted above the X3 but below the X5 in the model range, and is 1 inch longer and 1 inch taller than the F25 X3 it's based on. From 2014 to 2018, the F26 X4 offered either the turbocharged 2.0L N20B20 inline four-cylinder petrol engine or the turbocharged 3.0L N55B30M0 straight-six petrol. The F26 X4 also received BMW's high-performance M build and featured the turbocharged 3.0L N55B30T0 straight-six petrol engine rated at 355 hp at 5,800-6,000 RPM. All models featured BMW's all-wheel xDrive system and were mated to either a 6-speed manual or 8-speed ZF 8HP automatic transmission depending on variant. In addition, three diesel engines were offered, including a twin-turbo 3.0L straight-six.
