Our Return Policy

New and Unused Returns
We will gladly accept any returns within 90 days of purchase of any products that are unused and stocked in our warehouse. All returns must be new and unused in the original packaging to receive a full refund. Returns within a year of purchase which are new and unused in original packaging outside of the 90 days may be eligible for a return for store credit. All non-stock items that are returned are subject to up to a 25% restocking fee. All items must be returned in the original packaging.

How do I return a product?
Please download our Return Form. Print it out and fill in all the required information. Please be sure to include that form in the box along with your returns.
How do I package my return?
You must package your items in a box. Fill any voids and items must be in the original packaging. Any products shipped back that are not in the original packaging will not be issued a refund. They will be discarded.
I am returning fluids is there any special packing I need?
All fluids must be returned unused in their original containers with the factory seal still in place.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. You may want to obtain additional insurance provided by the shipping carrier you selected to cover any damage or loss in the event your package does not arrive. We suggest you keep all information the carrier provides you just in case you have an issue and need to file a claim or track your return.
My package was lost when I shipped it back to Pelican. What do I do?
Unfortunately, we cannot be liable for any packages lost in route to Pelican. We do hope you elected to add the additional carrier insurance for your return. If you did, please make a claim with the carrier you used to ship the package.
Will I be issued a credit for any Sales Tax paid?
Yes. That was any easy one.
Core Returns
All fluids must be drained from the core.

Cores must be returned in the packaging or box used in the shipment of the order sent to you. If not returned in its original packaging, we cannot send it back to our supplier, and we cannot credit you the core charge.

Core return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. These are non-refundable.
How do I return a part for Warranty?
You may place an order for the part on the site that you need to warranty. You will need to return the part that is defective. Once the warranty part is returned, we will issue you a credit to your original order. Please be sure to include this Return Form and populate it with all of the necessary information. All orders placed have a 2 year or 24,000 mile warranty.

All items sold by Pelican Parts are warranted to be free from defects from the manufacturers material, and workmanship prior to installation. Any alteration, race, improper use, or improper installation will void this warranty. Warranty is limited, at our option, to the replacement, repair, or credit of the defective merchandise. The determination of all warranty claims will be at the sole discretion of Pelican Parts. Warranty does not cover any direct or indirect costs, such as labor or damages, arising from the use of our products or parts.

All competition and racing parts are sold "AS IS" without any expressed warranty whatsoever and are non-returnable unless these items are authorized for return up to 90 days after delivery and are returned in new, unused, and sellable condition (see returns). Implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose are excluded. The entire risk as to quality and performance of such parts is with the buyer. Should such parts prove defective following their purchases, the buyer, and not the manufacturer, distributor, or retailer, assumes the entire cost of necessary servicing or repair.

Pelican Parts is not responsible for damages resulting either directly or indirectly. The car/truck manufacturer's names are used for descriptive purposes only and in no way does Pelican Parts imply or lend a direct connection between Pelican Parts, its products, and said auto manufacturer.
Is there anything I can't return?
There are a few exceptions on product returns:

Custom or Special Orders such as non-stocked Genuine Parts. Any Genuine part on the site that is not identified as "IN-STOCK" is a product we stock here in our warehouse. If the genuine part is listed as "Available" that means we can source it and the part and it is available. However, we do not stock it in our warehouse.

Special order Items that are not stocked, Custom Floor Mats, Car Covers, Carpet Kits etc.

Any item that is not in the original packaging.
