In April 2003, I phoned BimmerSpecialist to inquire if they would be interested in helping support a BMW 8 Series meet being held in Wilmington, Delaware, USA in May, this event was called the Northeast 8er SpringFest. Eric was about the 15th aftermarket supplier I had contacted and therefore had an expectation of how the phone call might go. Aloha Guys... Just wanted to let you know how pleased I was with the CD changer for my 330Ci. I received it here in Hawai 3 days after ordering via your web site. Installation was a snap in less than an hour after I finally found the connector cable. For other customer's info, in the 2004 330Ci with Harmon Kardon and BMW Assist, the cable is tightly folded and wrapped in a black velcro sleeve and tucked up behind the black factory-installed trays. Do not look for it laying on the floor. For info, the black box installed at the bottom of the bracket is the HK amplifier. The larger silver module installed at the top is the BMW Assist unit. Do not disconnect any connectors on these 2 units. Thanks for a great do-it-yourself, money-saving experience. The sound, of course, is awesome!

Just wanted to let you know that the CD changer I ordered arrived a few days ago. I got the bracket and trunk liner from the local dealer and the installation was "pure joy". I took my time and the unit went in perfectly. The dealer actually sold me the wrong liner and I had to get it exchanged. I've worked on my cars for a very long time and this was the most enjoyable job I have ever done. You guys are great. I'll be checking your site for other stuff in the future.
