BMW 2800, 3.0, Bavaria (1968-1976) Radiators - Coolant / Antifreeze
Coolant / Antifreeze
If your car starts to run hot your coolant may be low or tired. Coolant or antifreeze is used to help dissipate the heat from the engine as it circulates through the block and radiators. It is a non corrosive liquid that usually needs to be mixed with water. Radiator coolant levels should be checked frequently and changed according to the owner's manual.
