It can be bolted in place and out of site using the optional mounting brackets, and then when needed, the screw in tow hook can simply be threaded into the end of the tube. These receivers have no finish.

This screw in tow hook receiver is designed to be bolted in place, out of sight and then, when needed, the screw-in tow hook can simply be threaded in.
