The Perma-Tune CD units are a great replacement for the stock ignition system. When installing a Perma-Tune unit, make sure that you also install a new Bosch coil. The Perma-Tune units are also available with or without coil circuitry built-in. Having the circuitry built-in to the box increases performance, efficiency, and ignition system reliability.
